About the Role

Kantata is building a connected customer journey spanning implementation, adoption, optimization, renewal, and expansion. We’re seeking an AI Transformation Manager to lead the application of AI, automation, and workflow redesign across our post-sales organization.

You will own a portfolio of AI transformation initiatives from opportunity discovery through adoption and measurable business impact. Working across Professional Services, Customer Success, CX Operations, Digital Engagement, Education Services, and Renewals, you will redesign workflows, build and test solutions, lead pilots, and scale what works.

This is a hands-on transformation role—not a research or traditional project-management position. You’ll be expected to turn business problems into solutions that teams trust and use.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage the internal post-sales AI transformation roadmap.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities based on customer impact, business value, feasibility, risk, and time to value.

  • Map and redesign workflows to reduce manual work, improve handoffs, accelerate cycle times, and strengthen customer continuity.

  • Build prototypes and lightweight solutions using approved AI, agent-building, and no-code or low-code tools.

  • Lead initiatives from discovery and requirements through testing, launch, adoption, and optimization.

  • Partner with IT, Engineering, Data, Security, and governance teams to transition successful prototypes into secure, scalable solutions.

  • Create reusable AI plays, prompts, agents, and digital experiences that extend team capacity.

  • Lead training, communications, documentation, and champion programs that drive sustained adoption.

  • Establish appropriate human oversight, quality standards, monitoring, and exception processes.

  • Measure adoption and business impact, including capacity released, cycle-time improvements, customer outcomes, cost to serve, and renewal readiness.

  • Communicate portfolio priorities, progress, risks, and results to executive leadership.

Initial opportunities may include implementation automation, customer-health insights, next-best-action recommendations, AI-generated customer review preparation, renewal-risk detection, and role-based copilots.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in business transformation, product or program management, operations, professional services, customer success, revenue operations, or a related field; B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.

  • A track record of redesigning and scaling cross-functional processes with measurable business results.

  • Strong knowledge of the post-sales customer lifecycle, including implementation, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.

  • Practical experience applying generative AI, workflow automation, copilots, agentic workflows, or no-code and low-code tools to real business processes.

  • A product mindset with strengths in problem framing, user discovery, prioritization, experimentation, adoption, and outcome measurement.

  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, PSA systems, support tools, product analytics, learning platforms, or knowledge systems.

  • Strong analytical judgment and the ability to build business cases, establish baselines, and quantify value.

  • Experience leading organizational change and influencing teams without direct authority.

  • Sound judgment regarding data quality, privacy, security, responsible AI, and human oversight.

  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Leading an AI, automation, transformation, or center-of-excellence portfolio.

  • Working with PSA platforms or services-oriented SaaS businesses.

  • Building workflows with tools such as Workato, Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, Retool, Glean, or comparable platforms.

  • Moving prototypes into secure, monitored production environments with Engineering or IT.

  • Applying Lean, service design, process mining, change management, or value-stream mapping.

  • Understanding services P&L, utilization, and delivery-efficiency metrics.

How You’ll Work

You are a customer-focused systems thinker and hands-on builder. You can move from an executive roadmap discussion to a frontline workflow session, create a practical first version, test it with users, and apply the rigor required to scale it responsibly.

Why This Role Matters

AI is central to Kantata’s vision for delivering exceptional customer outcomes without linear headcount growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape how AI transforms post-sales operations, with executive sponsorship and broad cross-functional partnership.

Kantata offers competitive compensation and benefits, flexible time off, a remote-first environment, and professional-development support. Benefits are based on location and applicable local programs.
